Genetics, Breeding & Crop Protection - International Matchmaking Event
On Thursday, February 16, 2023, the AgriFoodTech Flanders consortium, together with Wageningen University & Research (WUR), HollandBIO, RVO and VLAIO, is organising a Flanders-Netherlands matchmaking event focused on “green genetics, breeding and crop protection”.
This event will take place in Wageningen and will start at 11:00 AM for the Flemish participants with an introduction to WUR and the various areas of expertise in the aforementioned themes. After this, participants can choose between a tour of the NPEC: Netherlands Plant Eco-phenotyping Center or participation in the lunch lecture: Healthy and sustainable local food environments.
In the afternoon, 1-on-1 introductory meetings are set up via the matchmaking platform.
Participants are business developers and researchers from Flemish and Dutch companies and research institutions. The aim is to get to know each other better and to explore possible partnerships.
