As a flanders.bio member and thanks to the partnership with Flanders Investment & Trade, you can enjoy these benefits for free (but registration is mandatory). The only costs are the registration fee for BIO-EUROPE and hotel & travel, see item price below.
After your free registration through the website of Flanders Investment & Trade, you will receive clear instructions on how to register your delegates with the 350 EUR reduction and you will receive a template to provide us with your company information for the exhibitor catalogue.

General Registration
EUR 2,295 (available until September 14th, 2018. After September 14th, the registration fee will be EUR 2,495) - 350 EUR discount if you join our delegation = EUR 1,945 per delegate.
This fee includes:

Access to all workshops, presentations, panel discussions and the exhibition area.
Publication of your company and personal profiles on partneringONE®.
Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages in the conference center.

Hotel & travel costs:
You will be in charge of your own hotel & travel costs. You can find all conference hotels here and choose one of your liking. From these hotels, a shuttle will take you to the conference venue.
