DigiTwin4Health
Meeting of the Belgian ecosystem on digital twins in healthcare
Digital twins in healthcare are becoming increasingly popular as a concept. In the broadest sense, digital twins refer to virtual counterparts of physical products or processes with an information exchange between both. In healthcare, this concept is generalized to include all in silico models, regardless of the technology used to generate them (data-driven, knowledge-driven or combinations), that have been informed by patient-specific data at least at one point in their life cycle. DigiTwin4Health.BE is the first meeting of the Belgian ecosystem on digital twins, with speakers from academia, industry, hospitals, regulatory agencies, and representatives of the federal government and the European Commission. Over the long lunch we provide a forum to all interested organizations to showcase their developments and products. Participation as audience and/or showcase is free of charge but registration is mandatory.
